Campus Adult Ministry (CAM)
Campus Adult Ministry is a place for students to be loved and belong as we explore who Jesus is and why he matters. We strive to be an inclusive community focused on building trust and authentic relationships, fostering personal growth, understanding, and love together. Together, we host afternoon bible studies during common hour in the TLC and community groups once a month with musical worship and a topical teaching.
Meet the Staff
Roger Morton
Roger Morton is an affiliate professor at UW Tacoma in the School of Urban Studies and InterVarsity alumnus from his years as a student at the Claremont Colleges in the 1990s. After teaching Political Science at CSU Long Beach, he returned home to Washington with his wife and adult son in 2021. Because he is passionate about discovering God at work and supporting people to find God’s call on their lives, Roger sought out what God was doing at UW Tacoma and discovered CAM (Campus Adult Ministry). Raised as a Baptist, having served as an elder in the Presbyterian Church, and now Catholic, Roger hopes that his diverse ethnic, religious, and geographic background can be used by God to connect to people in their walk with God.
