Donan Nealon
Area Director - Inland Northwest
Donan graduated from Whitman College and has been on staff for 11 years. She has served at Washington State University and University of Idaho. She lives in Moscow, ID and serves as the Area Director over the campuses in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
Felicia Tran
Interim Area Director, Puget Sound - Team Leader
Felicia graduated from the University of California San Diego in 2012. She moved to the Pacific Northwest to serve at University of Puget Sound and has since planted an IV chapter at UW Tacoma. She loves the city of Tacoma and continues dreaming of planting at more schools in the area.
Ginger Montalvo
Campus Staff- Pierce College
Ginger Montalvo is a new mom, alumna of Texas Tech University, loves writing and cake decorating. Her favorite thing about InterVarsity is learning context and connections in Bible study to shine new light and understanding.
Jessica Cheng
Team Leader - University of Washington Asian American Chapter
Jessica graduated from the University of Washington in 2016 and moved to Corvalis, OR to serve with InterVarsity at Oregon State University for three years. She moved back to Seattle, WA in 2019 to serve as the Team Leader at her alma mater for the Asian American chapter.
Rachel Kuo
Native Ministries Coordinator
Rachel has studied in 5 countries and recently received her Master’s degree from University of St. Andrews, Scotland. A European-American raised in East Asia, her love of cultures began at an early age. She’s served on staff for 12 years—with community college students in California, international students in Hawai’i, and now with Native students in the Northwest. She delights in learning wisdom from the people of the land about caring for all that Creator has made.
Kayla Kim
Campus Staff - University of Puget Sound
Kayla just graduated with the class of 2020 from Gongzaga University. She is serving at the University of Puget Sound and is excited to see students transformed by the love of Jesus!
Lindsey Roberts
Campus Staff - Pacific Lutheran University
Lindsey graduated in 2018 from the University of Puget Sound. Post graduation she served part-time with Youth For Christ and with InterVarsity. She loves to play outdoors, and currently she’s been mountain biking and climbing.
Sarah Le
Campus Staff - University of Washington, Tacoma
Sarah graduated from Whitman College in 2006 and came onto staff at her alma mater. She lives in Tacoma, WA with her husband and two sons and is currently serving at University of WA, Tacoma.

Wyietah graduated in 2018 from the University of Washington and came on to serve at his alma mater with the Asian American chapter.
